80 payroll change alerts to multinational clients every single week.3 Strictly from an employment administration perspective, ADP makes roughly 2,000 programming changes annually to comply with U.S. legislative and regulatory changes alone.

With so much legislative change it’s little wonder that more than half of global payroll leaders have limited confidence in their company’s compliance.4 As if these
constant changes weren’t enough, the upsurge of data privacy regulations globally also represents another compliance challenge to doing business globally.
