Across the Nordics, public bodies are under pressure to deliver more with less. Citizens expect services that are fair, efficient and accountable, while budgets remain stretched and scrutiny is high. Tackling fraud, waste and error (FWE) continues to be a major challenge. Leaders estimate that almost one fifth of budgets are lost in this way. And beyond the financial impact, FWE undermines public trust in the very organizations that people rely on.
