More specialized tools like data enrichment platforms or predictive analytics systems are less widely used. On one hand, this is a reflection of the specialized nature of that work- there are simply fewer people doing data enrichment than there are creating content with chatbots. On the other hand, this curve of Al usage also reflects the fact that the market for Al tools purpose-built for revenue-driving use cases is still nascent.
