Business leaders are exploring how they’ll use AI to work smarter, generate new insights, improve efficiency, and better serve their internal and external stakeholders. Research shows that 51% of CFOs surveyed in 2024 were already investing in AI technology, compared to just 15% in 2023.2 At the same time, 58% of CFOs say they understand very little about AI, while only 4% say they have a strong knowledge.3 Similarly, 64% of travel managers would like to see AIenabled components incorporated into their travel booking tools, while more than a third of travel managers and business travellers need training to feel comfortable using it.4
