Beginning on April 1, 2024, Omdia emailed invitations to members of the Light Reading database representing telecoms businesses. By April 10, 2024, Omdia had received 126 completed responses.
To encourage prompt response and increase the response rate overall, email invitations and survey materials were branded with relevant brand logo to capitalize on user affinity.
